Radiator replacement
Boiler had a series of problems which seems to happen consecutively after the previous part was fixed. Although this was frustrating for me, Sam and the engineers dealt with the issues quickly and ultimately left us with a boiler which works and should continue to work well for the next few years fingers crossed!

Uninstall a gas cooker
Arrived exactly on time to the minute. Job done quick and with respect to being cleaned and tidy after the work. Went the extra mile by offering to tighten a leaking gland but on the mains stop. Thanks guys
Fix a broken garden hose tap
Came out originally to diagnose and managed to get the gland nut slowing its leak but a replacement was necessary. We agreed on a time, and the plumber was actually early (nice) and completed the job fast and extremely tidily. 10/10, 5 stars.
